...Who Needs Enemies?

It's time for another recommendation, ladies and gents! With Friends Like These, by Jay of Lasgallen, is a story about the early years of Elladan, Elrohir, Legolas, and later Arwen. Very canonical, with only a slight alteration of time in order to make Arwen a bit older and thus able to participate with the others, and that works out fine as she's still younger. Very well written with great focus on relationships and character definition, it travels from Mirkwood to Imladris with many enjoyable mishaps along the way. The story very delicately creates the characters and builds them as it goes along, interweaving their connections and relationships with skill and subtlety. It's quite an enjoyable adventure of both lighthearted moments and deep drama. It's not quite done, but don't let that stop you from checking it out now; it leaves off at the moment at a good "break" point in the tale, so there's no better time to take a look than now.
