An Image from the Darkness
In honor of finally actually finishing a story, I drew a sketch for it!

Exploring Darkness
Actually, I was just sort of doodling and this is what happened, so please excuse the funniness of, say, Eldarion's anatomy and the disappearing rock. Just a sketch, but I thought you might like to see it. Cheers!

Those are both beautiful! You're quite an artist. And you put a lot of detail into them, too. I draw a bit, but I don't put that much texture to my drawings. If they're lucky, they'll get some shading, and if I'm REALLY bored, I'll put a background, but for the most part, they're pretty flat. But THESE are very, very nice.

Thank you, very much! And I better be, I'm at art school...;)
I happen to be a detail-freak (which probably explains why so many of my things go unfinished; I get distracted/bored before I've gotten all my little fiddly stuff in them), so that explains that, even though I don't always achieve the level of detail I want. But backgrounds...erm...well, as you can see, I sort of suggested a rock...
Yeah, I'm not a big background fan. Give me blank colored spaces any day! lol
And keep drawing! That's the only thing one can do...I'd love to see your work, if you have it up anywhere. And thanks very, very much! :D
Wow. You are very good. I mean fantastically good, there. Nice detail (actually, wonderful detail).
I dumped art for Computers (sadly, we can only take one, and since I'm a maddened software geek...), so the sum total of my artistic abilities is stick-figure doodles and pixel graphics. ;)
(All right, I actually can sketch (a bit), and I'm okay with perspective, but my anatomy looks like something that just evolved from outer space (Or something that just evolved from a New York river - hooray for Hitchhiker geekiness!).)
Well, you kick butt in Photoshop! As for drawing, well I'm pretty much self-taught with a little bit of formal training. Read comic books, that's all I can say. That's where I learned to draw people from--because distorted or not, that's what they focus on, and as long as you find good artists to study (may I suggest Jim Lee?) you're in great shape.
Yay Hitchiker! You seen the trailers? Oooh!
Wow. The rock is actually round.....Mine resemble a five-year-old's rendition of an apple.
